Ever wondered how they made those "flat breads"?

It is always interesting to see foods made in traditional ways, even more so to see roaring fires in the midst of a concrete jungle.

Today health and safety, economics and efficeincy, has killed the open flame oven, but in a few places you can still see them being used as they have for hundreds of years.

I love the patchwork insulation!
